This site is a joke! I ordered a Sansa on the 10th and still no shipping status. No word from anyone! I have called... I have emailed... I have prayed to heaven above! Nothing... There is no way that it will be here in time for Christmas and now I'm having to scramble for another option at a much higher price.
I'm a very unhappy camper right now and I am going to tell everyone on the web that will listen to me to avoid this site like the plague! This site is getting no stars where allowed and only 1 star ratings where that is the lowest rating.
The customer service is beyond disastrous! What's the point of the "tangagram" when no one ever responds to it??? What good is a phone number that only goes to voice mail? What good is service@tanga.com when no one answers it.
Everyone keep an eye out for the reviews that will turn off future buyers from this store.

Tanga's very FAQ states shipping generally goes out within 7-10 days. You know they've had a carrier changeover, you know it is the holidays. Don't get your panties in a bunch because of a delay, it should be expected.
That's what happens when you order Christmas presents online 2 weeks before Christmas. Unless you've got the option of paying craploads more for express shipping, which you didn't, and you know you didn't, don't start crying when it doesn't show up on time. Wrap up a note, tell them sorry, they'll get it soon.

How about you get off your high horse. I sent a Tangagram that was ANSWERED and I was told that it would ship early the next week (the 15th or 16th) so I ordered it. If it would have shipped when I was TOLD it was going to, there would have been plenty of time for it to get here.
But that's not even the biggest problem. I can understand problems in the system. I can understand problems with changing carriers. The thing that I can NOT forgive is the customer-no-service that I had to deal with in this instance! I had multiple unanswered Tangagrams, a phone number that no body picks up, and generally zero response from Tanga..
I posted my message in multiple threads out of frustration. It's sad that I had to start guessing the email address of the executives of this company to get a response and any action from the customer service department. TangaJen says that she is overwhelmed with her workload. Well... then they need to hire someone else to help her. That level of customer service is not acceptable and I will not deal with a company that won't deal with it's customers.
That's my .02... take it however you like.
