Cool! Thanks, Arnott.
Will the puzzles be chosen from the ones we submitted or will it be an All-Arnott-Puzzle-Thon?
Will there be bonus points for the first 100 solves?
Oh darn! Ineligibility sucks, but I'll still stay up late and get up early.
Have the servers been beefed up for the waning hours? (I recall the great crash of Puzzlethon I.) :)
[4] Don't hold your breath!
hhmm - this sounds grueling!! right up a tanganites alley lol I'll try to be here.
Will these all be featured puzzles?
[7] Yes. See the other discussion here:

"All Tangans who answer all 24 puzzles before Sunday at 7pm Pacific will be entered into a drawing, and one lucky solver will win a prize."
Sounds more like an endurance marathon.
[9] I've been in training....haven't slept in 4 days.
I just know that the 24th puzzle is going to end up taking me exactly 61 minutes to solve...
Out of curiosity, how many people solved all 24 by the 7:00pm (PST) deadline?
I wasn't smart enough to check the number of people who solved the 24th one at 6:59 or 7:00. (I figure that would have given me a maximum number. Also, I suppose, seeing the minimum number of people solved looking at each of the 24 puzzles.)
But since I didn't think of that at the right time, I guess I'll ask now.

[13] Thanks much.

The Puzzlethon is back.
This Saturday, January 17, starting at 7pm Pacific, instead of there being a single One Word Wonder for 24 hours, there were be 24 One Word Wonders – each new one will start on the hour. So one at 7, then a new one at 8, then 9, etc.
All Tangans who answer all 24 puzzles before Sunday at 7pm Pacific will be entered into a drawing, and one lucky solver will win a prize. I don’t know what the prize is yet, but it’ll probably be a game of some sort… and maybe some other stuff.
Hey, just think of the prize as a Tanga Mystery Package :)
It doesn’t matter when you answer all 24 puzzles during this time period, as long as you get them all before Sunday night. This, of course, means that you only have an hour to solve that last one… well, in order to be eligible for the drawing. You can, of course, answer any of the puzzles on your own schedule if you don’t care about being able to win the prize.
See you Saturday!
